Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the 2nd
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-217
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS FOR 49TH AVENUE - PROJECT NO. 706
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 12th Day of April, 1977
fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of 49th Avenue
from Zachary Lane to the east line of the Schmidt Lake Woods plat approximately
1300 feet west of west line of Zachary Lane by the construction of 9 -ton
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain,
storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the
2nd day of May, 1977, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered to include a 52 foot wide, 7 -ton
(gravel equivalency 15.5) bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter
and is to be so constructed so that additional bituminous material may be
placed to bring up to a 9 -ton street (gravel equivalency 24.75) together
with the necessary storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main trunk facilities
practicable at this time and all necessary appurtenances.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement, He shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
