Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,umesota was a on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-216
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH DNR FOR OUTLET STRUCTURE FOR
BASS LAKE - PROJECT NO. 607
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has prepared
an agreement for cost participation in the construction of an outlet structure
and fish barrier for Bass Lake, and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is proposing to have this work constructed by
a Change Order to Project No. 607, Bass Lake Area Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized to
execute the agreement covering the construction of an outlet structure
and fish barrier for Bass Lake.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by fynciln i�leil^ s , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
