Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ulasrr meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Nunnesota was held on the
18th day of April , 1977 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-210
APPROVAL OF GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Gasoline Service Station Licenses
have been received from the parties listed below, in accordance with
Chapter III, Section 13, City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth that the Gasoline Service Station License applications
for the parties listed below be approved for the period January 1,
1977, through December, 31, 1977.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly nass t
