Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, umM esota was held on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and eyed
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-207
APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS PERIOD ENDING 4/15/77
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending April 15, 1977
was presented to the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the payments of the list of disbursements for the
following funds is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $
290,971.86
Construction Fund
284,600.89
Plymouth State Bank
Water Fund
33,099.47
Sewer Fund
167,977.98
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Fund
78,607.02
GRAND TOTALS ALL FUNDS $
855,257.22
Above tatals for the period ending April 15, 1977.
The motion for the adoptian of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
' by Councilmanand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor ereof: Mayor Hi de. Councilmgn Neils Seibold
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
