Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a'Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was nein on the
10 18th day of April 19 77. The following members were
present: _Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were sent: Councilman Hunt

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-206
REQUESTING COUNTY PARTICIPATION IN CSAH 15 BIKEWAY
PROJECT NO. 708
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an adopted five year Capital Improvements
Program which includes in the 1977 element the construction of a bikeway
on the north side of CSAH 15 from Vicksburg Lane to I-494 and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has prepared an engineering report outlining
the cost and feasibility of said bikeway and transmitted a copy to the
Hennepin County Public Works Department, and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is desirous of constructing said bikeway in
so 1977 and is desirous of County participation in accordance with the County's
policies on financing bikeways,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Manager is authorized to request County
participation for the proposed bikeway on CSAH 15 between Vicksburg Lane
and I-494.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
