Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. Re4ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesotawas heldon the
18th day of April , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde.Councilmen Neils. Seibold and„Spaeth
The following hers were sent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adopt -
RESOLUTION NO. 77- ens
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 116 PINETREE POND STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
No. 2 in the amount of $28,716.21 to Beatson & Kelly, Inc. for Project No. 116,
Pinetree Pond Storm Sewer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted Hi favor ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils. Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
