The following members were R present: _Mayor ilde CounQilmen Ne—Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent. Councilman Hunt. RAR RRA ARA introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N77- 202 _ AMENDING LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR CAR WASH FOR WILLIAM GADTKE AT 35TH AVENUE NORTH AND KILMER LANE (A-302) WHEREAS, William Gadtke has requested an amended landscape plan be approved for his car wash located at 35th Avenue North and Kilmer Lane; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and made recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby doer approve the request of William Gadtke for an amended landscape plan for his car wash located at 35th Avenue North and Kilmer Lane, said plan dated March 15, 1977 subject to the following conditions: I. Deletion of the boulevard green space in front of the "Hair, Etc." building. 2. Provision of four ash trees, three to the south property boulevard and one for the Kilmer Lane boulevard frontage, to be 2-2� inch caliper trees balled and burlaped. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded h , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing vats in aver t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. .
