Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was�Tiela on the

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 201
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "SHILOH SECOND ADDITION"
FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION, INC. (A-331)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the f -➢nal plat and development contract
for Shiloh Second Addition as requested by Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum
regarding this project.
. 2. Incorporation of Outlot B into the adjoining lots.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by�ounci ma1 and upon vote being taken thereon, the
. fol owing vote un awr ereof: - _Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils. Seibold
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
