Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a.reula�r meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota sota was TWU75—n the
lath day of ApriI 19L. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils Seibold and Sedeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 199
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "ARROWOOD" FOR HILLSBOROUGH
MANOR, INC. (A-677)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Arrowood" for Hillsborough Manor, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that. it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat;
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum re;z, u1n ha;, projecC -
2. Park Dedication fee shall be $2,240 (10% of Assessor's Market Value).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol voiR in avar ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
