Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of April , 19 77 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-198
APPROVINP FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "ARROWOOD" FOR HILLSBOROUGH MANOR,
INC. (A-677)
WHEREAS, Hillsborough Manor, Inc., has requested approval of the final plat of "Arrowood"
a plat for single family residential development consisting of 16 lots, located at the
southwest corner of Zachary Lane and 53rd Avenue North and development contract therefor;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Hillsborough Manor,
Inc. for final plat approval of "Arrowood", a plat for single family residential develop-
ment consisting of 16 lots, at the southwest corner of Zachary Lane and 53rd Avenue
North.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cau n , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
