Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Mifirfesota was Veta on the

RESOLUTION #77- 197
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT OF "MISSION HILLS PARK 3RD ADDITION"
FOR MISSION WEST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (A-338)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Mission Hills Park 3rd Addition" for Mission West Development Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to filing of
said plat with Hennepin County:
1. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's report regarding this pro-
ject.
2. Both cul-de-sacs shall be named Balsam Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
