Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 'niinnesota was We the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 194
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 705 QUEENSLAND-GREENDALE AREA
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 21st day of March, 1977 fixed
a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the following areas by
the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, street restoration and all necessary
appurtenances:
1. Queensland Lane from 6th Avenue tc the south City limits.
2. The Greendale Addition including Second Avenue North and Third Avenue to the Luce
Line Trail and southwesterly along the Luce Line Trail to Queensland Lane.
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 18th day
of April, 1977 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
. tj be heard thereon.
NOW THEREFORE,.BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
March 21, 1977.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Counc_jl�maneibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follow— rig voted in avar thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils. Seibold
