Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-193
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 702 23RD AVENUE NORTH UTILITIES
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 7th day of March, 1977 fixed
a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of 23rd Avenue from 700
feet east of Niagara Lane to a point approximately 1200 feet east thereof or to
Fembrook Lane by the installation of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb
and gutter, storm sewer, water main and all necessary appurtenances,
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held therein on the 18th day of
April, 1977 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to
be heard thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
March 7, 1977.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S aet and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n" awr ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils. Seibold
