Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 'innesota was held on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-192
ORDERING DELAY OF PUBLICATION OF
ORDINANCE NO. 77-6
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the City Clerk shall not cause Ordinance No. 77-6 to be published until
conveyance of proposed Outlots C, D, E, F, G and H to individual abutting
property owners in Wedgewood Hills is accomplished and that proof of such
conveyances be filed with the City Clerk on or before June 1, 1977.
BE,IT FURTHER RESOLVED that is such proof is not produced, Ordinance No. 77-6
shall become null and void and of no further force and effect.
The motion for �ne adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman ells , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
ine zoiiowing votea against or abstained: none —
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptR.
