Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO.' 77-186
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 116 PINETREE POND STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. covering the dredging of the middle pond
of the Pinetree Ponds which lies northerly of 12th Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends approval of Change Order No. 1,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $3,000.00 to Beatson & Kelly
Contractors for Project No. 116, Pinetree Pond Storm Sewer is hereby approved
and that the revised contract amount is $112,318.70
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byounci 11m�a�o��__ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol�ing�in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Spaeth______
