Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, bffi iesota was held on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-185
AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR
RENTAL OF PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth leases public safety communications equipment
from Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to renew the yearly agreement between the City of
Plymouth and Hennepin County for these services:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to enter into a lease agreement with Hennepin County for the rental of public
safety communications equipment, pursuant to the rates specified in Schedule
"A", Schedule "B" and Schedule "C" of the 1977 lease agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
