RESOLUTION #77- 184
APPROVING RELEASE OF LANDSCAPE BOND FOR DELTAK CORPORATION (•A-654)
WHEREAS, Deltak Corporation has completed the landscaping as per the approved -land-
scape plan dated April 5th, 1976 for their building located at 13330 -12th Avenue
North;
AND, WHEREAS, City Staff has inspected said landscaping and recommends the release
of the landscape bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the release of the landscape bond
for Deltak Corporation for their building located at 13330 -12th Avenue North as per
the approved landscape plan dated April 5, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by &opncilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
. following voted in�ivoitt}-iereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The owing voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
