Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ?_ special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
12th day of April 19 77. The following members were
present: _ Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Spaeth
The following mem ers were sent: Councilman Seibold
1 Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and mored
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-183
APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS
TO T.H. PROJECT
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of Plymouth
to participate in the cost of a construction project located on T.H. 101
within the limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Department of
Highways and identified in its records as S.P. 155-010-01,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal State Aid Street
Funds the sum of $ 400,456.00 to apply toward the construction of said
project and request the Commissioner of Highways to approve this authorization.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a further request be made when final right-of-way
costs are determined.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote in avor ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
the following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
