Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and mored
its ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 182
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota acting by and through its Commissioner of -Transportation
has prepared plans and specifications and proposes to let a contract on June 24, 1977
f_r the construction of the projects on the route of T.H. 55 said project being
identifsen in the records of the State as SP 2723-61 and 63 and being located at
CSAH 6 avid CSAH 154 in Plymouth,
WHEREAS, certain utility facilities owned and operated by the City are presently located
within limits of said construction project and within limits of the highway right-of-way
on T.H. 55, and
WHEREAS, the State has determined that relocation of the utility facilities is
necessitated by the construction of the signal system projects hereinabove described,
NOW THEREFORE,. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized to execute A§ency
Agreement No. 58575 for State Project SP 2723-61 & 63 for the relocation of certain
City owned utilities, in the estimated amount of $1,044.57 and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds for this project are to be financed from the
City's trunk sewer and water utility fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by_G ouncilman ells , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted :n favorthereof: Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Snaeth__ —__
