Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a'special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

RESOLUTION NO. 77381
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 12th Avenue by the installation
of ornamental street lighting, filed with the Council on April 18, 1977 is
hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property
affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota
Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The property owners have waived their rights to public improvement hearings and
have agreed to share equally in the cost of the light.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report
. to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byand upon vote being taken thereon, the
