HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-180CITY OF PLYM'1M Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the 12th day of April , 19 77. The following members were present: Ma or Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils and Spaeth The followine ers were abrent, councilman SelbOld �#a Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77- 180 RECEIVING RE.P`.!RT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 707 SEVEN PONDS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 20, 1976, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the Seven Ponds area including Holly Lane, 32nd Avenue North and CSAH 24 from Dunkirk Lane to T.H. 101 by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, 7 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances and this report was received by the Council on April 12, 1977 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of affected property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statues Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $244,000.00. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the fbll39Mg voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adOpt1W.
