Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, tffigeisota was held on the
12th day of April , 19 71. The following members were

RESOLUTION NO. 77-179
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT
PROJECTS 709 AND 710 RESERVOIR SITES II & III
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a Comprehensive Water Distribution Plan dated
May, 1972, and
WHEREAS, said plan includes 17 -id for Reservoir Sites No. II and III, and
WHEREAS, the 1977 segment of the five year Capi Al Improvements Program includes
the acquisition of Sites No. II and III, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered a preliminary engineering report relative
to Sites No. II and III,
NOW THEREOFE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The preliminary engineering report dated March 23, 1977 for Water Reservoir
Sites No. II and III is hereby accepted.
2. lire City Staff is directed to acquire Sites No. II and III.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was dul seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Sa:eth
The owing voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed arid adopted.
