Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was Weon the
12th day of April 19 77. The following members were
present: ildyor Hjlde. Gouncj,lmen Hunt. Neils and Spaeth
The following memners were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 177
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE M=T PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR.JUEL SVENKERUD (A-602)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Juel Svenkerud by Resolution
#77- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tlil� CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Park Dedication fee of $150 for the newly created lot be paid to the City prior
to recording of said lot division.
2. All construction to comply with City Zoning Ordinance setback requirements.
3. Any and all additional REC (Residential Equivalent Charges), Area and/or
lateral charges be paid prior to building permit issuance.
4. Any new sewer or water connections be made at the owner's expense.
5. No building permit to be issued for proposed Parcel B until such time as public
utilities are available.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by � uncilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in avor ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
