Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was a on the
12th day of April 19 77 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 176
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR JUEL SVENKERUD (A-602)
WHEREAS,Juel Svenkerud, 6421 Westchester Circle, Minneapolis, has requested a division
of his property, an existing platted lot within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 44290 Parcel 4000 Lot 5 "Lake Park Acres"
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
The South 186.30 feet of Lot 5, LAKE PARK ACRES according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County
Minnesota as measured along the East and West lines thereof. Subject to easements of
record.
Parcel B
That part of Lot 5, LAKE PARK ACRES according to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Mi-nesota lying
North of the South 186.30 feet, as measured along the East and West lines thereof.
Subject to easements of record.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by eils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing�in avor t ereof: Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Spaeth
Theiollowing voted against or a stain
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Osb and adopted.
