R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-238
R ESOLUTION P ROVIDING FOR THE S ALE OF $41,755,000
G ENERAL O BLIGATION T AX A BATEMENT B ONDS, S ERIES 2020A
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the City of Plymouth, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore determined that it is necessary and expedient to issue the
City's $41,755,000 General Obligation Tax Abatement Bonds, Series 2020A (the "Bonds"), to finance the
Plymouth Creek Center renovation project; and
WHEREAS, the City has retained Ehlers & Associates, Inc., in Roseville, Minnesota ("Ehlers"), as its
independent municipal advisor for the Certificates in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.60,
Subdivision 2(9).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. Authorization; Findings. The City Council hereby authorizes Ehlers to assist the City for the sale of
the Bonds.
2. Meeting; Proposal Opening. The City Council shall meet at 7:00 p.m. on October 13, 2020, for the
purpose of considering proposals for and awarding the sale of the Bonds.
3. Official Statement. In connection with said sale, the officers or employees of the City are hereby
authorized to cooperate with Ehlers and participate in the preparation of an official statement for
the Bonds and to execute and deliver it on behalf of the City upon its completion.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of August, 2020.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Davis and, after
full discussion thereof and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following Councilmembers voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Davis, Roehl, Willis, Carroll, McGregor, and Prom.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies
that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on August 25, 2020
