Pursuant to due call arRd notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
12th day of April , 19 77 . The following members were
pTesent: Mgypr Hijyle. Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: rminrilmon ¢eihnld
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 174
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR ,"PALMER CREEK ESTATES"
FOR ARNOLD PALMER (A-667)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Palmer Creek Estates" as requested by Arnold Palmer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding
this project.
2. Park Dedication fee of $372.00 to be paid to the City and dedication of
Outlot A to the City.
3. Dedication for the full right-of-way for 49th Avenue North throughout the
plat.
