its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 173
APPROVING FINAL PLAT, RPUD FINAL PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "PALMER CREEK
ESTATES" FOR ARNOLD PALMER (RPUD 76-5) (A-667)
WHEREAS, Arnold Palmer has requested approval of the final plat and RPUD final plan
for "Palmer Creek Estates", a plat for single family residential development consisting
of 6 lots and 2 outlots, located at the southeast corner of Larch Lane and the Soo
Line Railroad Tracks and Development Contract therefor;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
their approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Arnold Palmer for
final plat and RPUD final plan approval for "Palmer Creek Estates", a plat for single
family residential development consisting of 6 lots and 2 outlots, located at the south-
east corner of Larch Lane and the Soo Line Railroad Tracks.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The owing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
