HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-170CITY OF PLYMDUrH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the 12th day of April , 19 77. The following members were present: The following ers were sent: Councilman Sei e d Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77- 170 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF "APPLECREST" FOR PATRICK HENRY AT 3RD AVENUT NORTH AND QUEENSLAND LANE (A-712) WHEREAS, Patrick Henry has requested preliminary plat approval of "Applecrest" a plat for single family residential development located at the southeast c()--r:er of Queensland Lane and 3rd Avenue North to include 11 conventional lots; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recom,ended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Patrick Henry for preliminary plat approval of "Applecrest", a plat for single family residential development located at the southeast corner of Queensland Lane and 3rd Avenue North to include 11 conventional lots subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this project. 2. All front setback lines shall be 50 ft. 3. Final plat and development contract to be subject to the availability of public sewer and water. 4. Park Dedication requirements shall be satisfied through fees -in -lieu in the amount of $1,500.00 ($150 X 10 lots). 5. Site grading plans shall include provisions for control of surface erosion during construction, as per Council policy Resolution ;177-163. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote u►�--kawT thereof: Councilmen Hunt.
