Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 12th day of
April , 1977 . The following members were present:
Acting Mjjor Hunt Councilmen Neils and S aeth
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilda and Councilman Seibold
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
steadopoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-167
AWARDING BIDS FOR NEIGHBORHOOD PARK IMPROVEMENTS - 1977
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the furnishing of all labor,
materials and all else necessary for improvements at the following Neighborhood
Parks: Green Oaks, Queensland, Lions, Kilmer and Circle Park. Bids were opened
and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying
with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that All American Recreation is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA :
1. That the City Manager be hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with All American Recreation in the name of the City of Plymouth
for the improvement of five neighborhood parks,including Alternate B in the
amount of $96,280, according to the plans and specifications therefor
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk,
and that Wehrman, Chapman and Associates be authorized to conduct Field
Engineering Activities in the amount of $4,500.

2. That said monies be transferred to the following accounts from the Park
Dedication Fund - Neighborhood Parks Account:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth and Neils.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
