Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ss eecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, inr►e4 riots was19TX on the
28th day of March '19 77. The following members were
present: councilmen Hunt, Neil—s anu'Tp-aeth
The following members were sent: mayor Hilde and Councilman Seibold
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-161
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
STREET LIGHTING FOR CIMARRON PONDS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted %rch 21, 1977 a report
has been prepared with reference to the improvement of the Cimarron Ponds Addition
by the installation of custom residential street lighting and this report was
received by the Council on March 28, 1977,
WHEREAS, the owner of 100% of the property has waived his rights to public improvement
and special assessment hearings,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners
of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
March 21, 1977. The petitioner has waived his rights to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for this improvement. He
shall coordinate the work which will be done by Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ,Councilmaq '1Ls _, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in aver thereof: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth
-ine following Yala txagRinsixor abstained: Councilman Neil
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
