Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_�r�egul_r meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was 17e on the
21st day of _ March , 19 77 . The following ri mbers were
present: mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-150
DESIGNATING POLLING PLACE FOR PRECINCT NO. 12'
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a list of official polling places for
forthcoming elections in the City of Plymouth by Resolution No. 77-115
on February 28, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the polling location in Precinct No. 12 is not available on
April 19, 1977 for a special City election;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Plymouth Baptist Church, 13030 - 47th Avenue North,
be designated as the official polling location for Precinct No. 12 for
the special City election on April 19, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by q'1Ls and upon vote being taken thereon, the
