Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of March , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Ri I de, Counci Imen Hurff, Nei Is and Spaeth
The following members were sent: Councilman Seibold

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-155
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 116 PINETREE POND STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1
in the amount of $17,638.74 to Beatson and Kelly Contractors, Inc. for Project
No. 116, Pinetree Pond Storm Sewer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ci1�n �e_�l�s , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
