Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
21st day of March , 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-154
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3
SANITARY SEWER TELEVISING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 3
in the amount of $1,171.69 to Solidification, Inc. for sanitary sewer televising.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ouncilman_Neand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in awr t1'iere—of: _Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly AMA and adopted.
