Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heldon the
21st day of March , 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 150
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 705 QUEENSLAND-GREENDALE AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 20, 1976,
a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
with reference to the improvement of the following areas by the installation of
sanitary sewer, water main, street restoration and all necessary appurtenances:
1. Queensland Lane from 6th Avenue to ;the south City limits.
2. The Greendale Addition including Second Avenue North and Third Avenue to the
Luce Line Trail and southwesterly along the Luce Line Trail to Queensland Lane.
and this report was received by the Council on March 21, 1977,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953. Chapter 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
Of $ 212,558.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 18th day of
April, 1977 in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd
Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
