Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the
21st day of March , 1977. The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-149
WHEREAS, the City has been negotiating with the United States Postal Service
for the sale to said Postal Service of certain lands within the City legally
described as Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Center, and,
WHEREAS, the United States Postal Service requires that the City of Plymouth
submit a document known as "Offer to Sell Real Property", and,
WHEREAS, said Offer to Sell Real Property requires in Paragraph 2 thereof that
the price to be paid for said land be set out, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the matter and desires that said Offer
to Sell Real Property be submitted to the Postal Service,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized and directed to
execute the Offer to Sell Real Property and transmit the same
to the United States Postal Service.
2. That Paragraph 2 of said Offer recite that the sales price
shall be the sum of $87,714.00.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare a certified
copy of this resolution and transmit it together with the Offer
to Sell Real Property to the United States Postal Service.
The motion for the adaption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
