Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, NffiFisota was held on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION #77-148
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CONCEPT PLAN FOR RPUD 77-1 FOR ST. PAUL COMPANIES
DRAKELAND (A-698)
WHEREAS, St. Paul Companies has requested approval of an RPUD Concept Plan for
Blocks 1-6 of the proposed "Drakeland" plat dated October 13, 1976 (Concept Plan)
and October 15, 1976 and February 24, 1977 (Concept Statement), said property
located at the southwest corner of 49th Avenue North and Nathan Lane;
AND,WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of St. Paul Companies
for a conditional use permit for RPUD Concept Plan for Blocks 1-6 of the proposed
"Drakeland" plat dated October 13, 1976 (Concept Plan) and October 15, 1976 and
February 24, 1977 (Concept Statement, said property located at the southwest corner of
49th Avenue North and Nathan Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this project.
2. Preliminary Plan submission shall contain specific plans for the provision of
not less than 20% dwelling units for persons of low and moderate income as
defined by prevailing income standards of the Section 8 and Section 235 programs
as applicable.
