Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasa on the
21st day of March , 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION 1177-147
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PLANNED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOR DRAKELAND
FOR ST. PAUL COMPANIES (A-698)
WHEREAS, St. Paul Companies has requested approval of a conditional use permit for
a Planned Business Development for the property located at the southeast corner of
49th Avenue North and Nathan Lane, a portion of the plat known as "Drakeland";
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said Planned Business Development
and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of St. Paul Companies
for a conditional use permit for a Planned Business Development for property located
at the southeast corner of 49th Avenue North and Nathan Lane, a portion of the plat
known as "Drakeland" subject to the General Development Plan dated February 22, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
