Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, umesota was held on the
plct day of March , 19L7_. The following members were

The following memoers were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ption:
RESOLUTION #77-146
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ST. PAUL COMPANIES FOR "DRAKELAND" PLAT LOCATED AT
SW CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 18 AND 49TH AVENUE NORTH (A-698)
WHEREAS, St. Paul Companies has requested preliminary plat approval of "Drakeland"
plat located at the southwest corner of County Road 18 and 49th Avenue North and
dated February 22, 1977;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of St. Paul Companies for
preliminary plat approval of "Drakeland" located at the southwest corner of County
Road 18 and 49th Avenue North and dated February 22, 1977 subject to the following
conditions:
I. Blocks 1-6 shall be platted as outlots and further platted and zoning actions
responsive to the RPUD Ordinance.
2. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's memroandun regardii;a this
project of March 1, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byand upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hunt
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmen Neils and Spaeth not at. table.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passecT and adopted.
