Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of March , 19 77 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-145
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH DISTRICT 284 YOUTH HOCKEY
ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on the 28th day of February, by Resolution
No. 77-104, direct the preparation of an appropriate agreement with
District 284 Youth Hockey Association for the purpose of receiving assistance
from such Association in the providing of recreational services to the City
of Plymouth and,
WHEREAS, such an agreement has been so prepared,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The agreement between the City of Plymouth and District 284
Youth Hockey Association relating to the providing of assistance
by such Association to the City in the operation of the City's
recreational program is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by _Lnunc_ilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vg votes in a�vor tTi-ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hint,,_Neils
