Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
is tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-144
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION
FOR LOWELL LABERGE (A-722)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation/division for Lowell
LaBerge by Resolution No. 77-143;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot consolidation/division:
1. In applying for a building permit no variances may be granted other
than by ordinance.
2. Any sewer or water stubs that might be required shall be installed
at the expense of the owner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor f: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
