Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was RIF on the
21st day of March , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor -H-71 de, councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were sent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 77-143
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS
FOR LOWELL LABERGE (A-722)
WHEREAS, Lowell LaBerge has requested a consolidation and division of existing
platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation and
division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation and divisions
are approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lots Block Addition
44340 5050 9 16 Medicine Lake Park 3rd Div.
44340 5100 10 16 Medicine Lake Park 3rd Div.
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
Lot 9, Block 16, Medicine Lake Park 3rd Division, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, Except the southerly 5.00 feet as measured
at right angles to and parallel with the southerly line of said Lot 9.
Parcel B
Lot 10 and the southerly 5.00 feet of Lot 9, as measured at right angles to nd
parallel with the southerly line thereof, all in Block 16, Medicine Lake Par 3rd
Division, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
