Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
21st day of March , 1977 The following members were
present: Ma or Hilde Counci men Hunte Neils and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION #77-142
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR BERNARD TOUHEY (A-721)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Bernard Touhey by Resolution
#77- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to filing of said
lot division:
1. All new utility stubs at owners expense.
2. One additional pair of REC charges shall be collected at the time of building
permit issuance for Parcel B.
3. Easement for 7 ft. of additional right-of-way along entire Zachary Lane frontage
prior to filing of said lot division.
4. A single curb -cut access only to Zachary Lane be combined driveways at property
line with on-site turn -around provisions.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
bnrill and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following VOM -W avor ereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
fbIlowing voted against or abstained: Ma or HiMe-away from table
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
