Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-141
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR BERNARD TOUHEY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT SW QUADRANT OF
COUNTY ROAD 15 AND ZACHARY LANE (A-721)
WHEREAS, Bernard Touhey has requested a lot division of existing platted parcels
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and the City
Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon
City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
44560 7510 32 4 Shortline Acres
31 (N z)
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lot 32 and that part of the east 14.0 feet of Lot 7, all in Block 4,
SHORTLINE ACRES which lies northerly of the following described line: Beginning
at a point on the east line of said Lot 32 distant 99.63 feet south of the northeast
corner of said Lot 32; thence westerly to a point on the west line of the east 14.0
feet of said Lot 7 distant 99.52 feet south of the northwest corner of said east 14.0'
feet of Lot 7 and there terminating.
Parcel B
The north half of Lot 31 and the north half of the east 14 feet of Lot 8, all in Block 4,
SHORTLINE ACRES. ALSO that part of Lot 32 and that part of the east 14.0 feet of Lot 7,
all in Block 4, SHORTLINE ACRES which lies southerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the east line of said Lot 32 distant 99.63 feet south of the
northeast corner of said Lot 32; thence westerly to a point on the west line of the
east 14.0 feet of said Lot 7 distant 99.52 feet south of the northwest corner of said
east 14.0 feet of Lot 7 and there terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
