Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its ption:
RESOLUTION #77-140
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PLANNED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS
COMPANY FOR "PLYMOUTH HILLS" ADDITION (A-675)
WHEREAS, Plymouth Hills Company has requested a conditional use permit for a Planned
Business Development for a portion of the "Plymouth Hills Addition" located at the
northeast corner of Highway 55 and Vicksburg Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Plymouth Hills Company
for a conditional use permit for a Planned Business Development for a portion of the
"Plymouth Hills Addition" located at the northeast corner of Highway 55 and Vicksburg
Lane based on plans dated January 31, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by C unci11man Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Spaeth
