Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-135
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF ZONING ORDINANCE FOR JOHN R. PAULSON
(A-714)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the request of John R. Paulson for rezoning
of his property located at the northeast corner of Kilmer Lane and 22nd Avenue North
by Ordinance #77-2;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to filing of
said Ordinance:
Construction of one duplex unit only on the subject site.
2. All necessary utility extensions shall be at owner's expense --any structure
shall be serviced by public utiiities.
3. Water and Sewer Area Charges and two (each) Water and Sewer REC's shall be
collected at the time of building permit issuance for the parcel.
4. Site access shall be to Kilmer Lane grade and design of the driveway
to be approved by the City Engineer prior to building permit issuance.
5. Petitioner is directed to architecturally treat the building in such a manner
that it more closely resembles a single family residence.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ancl adopted.
