Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, umnesota was a on the
21st day of March , 19 77, The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-133
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS
KREATZ HIGHVIEW ACRES SIXTH ADDITION PROJECT NO. 704
WHEREAS, by a resolution of the City Council adopted the 28th day of February, 1977
fixed a date for Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Fountain Lane from
18th Avenue to the cul-de-sac approximately 625 feet north thereof by the installation
of sanitary sewer, water main, bituminous street restoration and also the construction
of sanitary sewer and water main and all necessary appurtenances from Dunkirk Lane
to Fountain Lane at 19th Avenue, and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 21st day
of March, 1977 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard with thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. -Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
February 28, 1977.
2. The proposed sewer and water lines on Fountain Lane shall be located within the
traveled street portion of the right-of-way and therefore, the project shall
include the necessary street restoration.
3. The proposed sewer and water line on what would be the extension of 19th Avenue
between Dunkirk and Fountain Lane shall be located on the northerly route as shown
in Figure 2 of the preliminary engineering report.
4. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by pounce Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
folliwing voted -in avor t ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils
Lne rottowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly'passed and adopted.
