Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-128
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-72
CHIPPEWA TRAILS ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota did at their
February 7, 1977 Council meeting adopt Resolution No. 77-72 relative to
the proposca Chippewa Trails assessments,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Resolution No. 77-72 passed by the City Council on February 7, 1977
is hereby rescinded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in avor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
