Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of March , 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-124
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "FERNDALE NORTH SECOND ADDITION"
FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION, INC. (A-615)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction Inc. has requested approval of the final plat
for "Ferndale North Second Addition", a plat for single family residential development
consisting of 24 single family lots and one outlot, located east of Ferndale Road
and southwest of Hadley Lake;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
1bNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Lundgren Bros.
Construction, Inc. for final plat approval of "Ferndale North Second Addition", a
plat consisting of 24 single family lots and one outlots, located east of Ferndale Road
and southwest of Hadley Lake.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following iroted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Seftold
