Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the
7th day of March , 1977 . The following members were
present: Myu-.aiLde. Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were sent: None
gounc-ilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 123
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "SCHMIDT LAKE ESTATES" FOR
LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION, INC. (A-647)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Schmidt Lake Estates" as requested by Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
I. A 10 ft. front yard setback variance for the existing structure on Lot 9,
Block 1.
2. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum of February 14, 1977
regarding this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by
