Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of March , 19 77. The following members were
present: Hunt. Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 121
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "CHIPPEWA TRAILS"
FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION INC. (A-498)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Chippewa Trails" as requested by Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior- to recording
of said plat:
1. Extension of Outlot A along West Medicine Lake Drive to the northern
boundary of the plat.
2. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum of February 10,
1977 regarding this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
